Changed your mind? Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Here's exactly how it works.

Our 14-day return window+
You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be in resalable condition.
What can't be returned+
- Items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety
- The Adhesive Anti-Fog Mirror Film once the backing is removed
- Items returned after 14 days or without proof of purchase
How to start a return+
Email support@phservices.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds+
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or faulty items+
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wrong item received+
If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct piece right away. Just email us and we'll sort it.
