How are the LED mirrors powered?+
All our lighted mirrors run on low-voltage USB (5V) or a rechargeable/replaceable battery. There is nothing to hard-wire and no mains electrician required. The USB cable is included; a USB power adapter is not.
Do the mirrors improve my skin?+
No. Our mirrors are mirrors — they provide a clear reflection and soft, even light to help you see. They make no skincare, anti-blemish, anti-ageing or medical claims of any kind.
What does the light look like?+
Warm-white and dimmable. The LED ring or bulbs give an even, shadow-free light that's flattering rather than harsh. Most models offer multiple brightness levels via a touch dimmer.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. International duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country and shown or noted at checkout where applicable.
Do you ship to my country?+
Yes — we ship worldwide from the UK. See Shipping for estimates and costs. Orders over $55 ship free.
Can I return something?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Full details are on the Returns page.
Are the glass mirrors safe to ship?+
Yes. Glass mirrors are packed with reinforced corners and edge protection. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free.
Are the acrylic items food-safe?+
No. Our acrylic boxes and jars are designed for cosmetics and accessories only and are not intended for food contact.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?+
Yes — for salons, hotels, stylists and retailers. Tell us what you need on the Trade & Bulk page and we'll prepare a quote.
